How do I change a reservation that I made online or over the phone?
Changes to a reservation may be made by calling our phone center at 1-800-535-7071 in the US & Canada, or +1-206-461-5882 internationally. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. If you are outside of these hours and do not require an immediate response, you may email the request to: seattlesupersaver@seeseattle.org. If neither option is available to you, you may contact the hotel directly. Phone numbers for the hotels may be found here. One way or another, we’re here for you!
Why do some hotels not show up when I search a particular date?
This generally means the hotel has no rooms available for the date(s) in which you are interested. This does not mean the property is completely sold out. Rooms might become available at a later date, so keep checking our website or call us for assistance.
Why can’t I book my hotel for tonight online?
Same-day arrivals must be booked through our phone center as the hotels require us to verify their availability, which is always subject to change. This also allows us to secure a final hotel confirmation number, which insures against any problems at check-in.
I called the hotel and they offered me the same rate over the phone, where is the savings in Seattle Super Saver?
Seattle Super Saver works in partnership with the Seattle hotel community. We guarantee the lowest available rate of any major third party hotel reservation system, i.e. Expedia, Orbitz or Travelocity. Seattle hotels reserve the right to offer a lower rate at anytime through their own channels, however, Seattle Super Saver still offers quite possibly the most flexible policy in the market: NO booking or hidden fees, NO change fees, NO prepayment, NO cancellation fee up to 24 hours prior to arrival, and best available room at check-in. All these benefits PLUS the best available rate… it just doesn’t get any better than this!
Is the rate the same online as over the phone?
Yes, the rate available through our website is exactly the same as through our phone center… we find it’s less confusing that way.
Where is the box I check for king bed or double beds?
Some of the hotels have divided their inventories into specific room types, which you would choose based on your needs. Others list “Standard” as their only choice. To request specifics in this instance, simply type a message into the Special Requests field, such as: Require two beds - traveling with children. The hotel will then book you accordingly.
Why didn’t I ever get my email confirmation? Why does it take so long?
Turnaround time for email confirmations is generally between 24 and 48 hours and may vary by hotel. Unfortunately, a small number of hotels are not able to confirm reservations via email. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-535-7071 in the US & Canada or +1-206-461-5882 internationally, and we will be more than happy to contact your hotel directly to confirm your reservation.

Why do you have two different confirmation numbers? Isn't one sufficient?
Although the Seattle Super Saver confirmation tracks your reservation within our program, the hotels require their own confirmation numbers for tracking and record keeping within their individual property management systems. Please keep in mind that your reservation can always be located by your last name as well.
How do I search for hotels with pools? (or pet-friendly, or with balconies, etc.)

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
There are several options for ground transportation from the Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Shuttle services such as Gray Line’s Seattle Downtown Airporter and Shuttle Express have desks near the Baggage Claim area, and taxis are also available, so don’t sweat it…all roads lead to Seattle!
